Something more // Since when I can remember, I've always been fascinated by the idea of working with images, and of developing situations and telling stories through images.
Maybe that's why comics have always been my first love, and why I attended the comic school in my city, that after years I still collaborate with, at present as computer graphics teacher.

After learning the main drawing and comic creating techniques and after some experiences as cartoonist and illustrator, I also had the great opportunity of working as comic colorist for authors that I esteem very much.

Moreover, in these years I also had the chance to learn and pratice the animation techniques and all the phases needed to create an animated movie, mainly thanks to the multimedial studio "Uzzupink", currently developing in "Shibuya vision", that I still happily collaborate with as concept artist, animator and illustrator.

At the present time, I'm still more and more fascinated and in love for working with images in every form, never loosing the will to try new techniques and exploring new paths.

Tools // traditional: pencils, ink, markers, colored pencils, ecoline.
digital: Photoshop, Painter, Paint Tool SAI, Opencanvas, sometimes Flash.

Inspirations // Fine arts (I'm especially fond of Reinassance art, Art Nouveau and the Preraphaelites), comics and animation (at first especially Japanese stuff and American comic strips, now always trying to extend my knowledges... :D ), mythology and legends, fantasy art and literature, role-playing games, and also many great artists on the web.
But maybe I should just say "everything"... sometimes it's incredible where ideas can come from.
